Online reputation management
Finding correlations between things you never believed were related is truly fascinating.  Last night, I held a conversation with a client that runs a very successful medium size healthcare enterprise.  While we have been providing managed web application security services to his company for a number of years, the executive team turned to us on numerous occasions for advice concerning various IT related issues. Since our team is truly versatile, we’ve always been able to assist them in making an IT related decision.

Yesterday’s conversation was slightly off topic. All of a sudden, they started asking questions concerning online reputation management. Having asked a few questions, it became clear to me that having had a few not so favorable online reviews, they almost immediately noticed a decline in new patients. It pans out perfectly as most of us research potential service providers online, thus making online reviews very powerful; so powerful that at times, we make decisions instantly, in order to avoid dealing with a business based on a few negative reviews.

While your network, data and application security are extremely important, don’t forget about your online reputation management, even though it can be a tedious task (speaking from experience), especially for a small to medium enterprise.

Very few companies have the luxury of employing dedicated digital media staff. Many turn to their family members and friends for advice. The issue is that most of your family members and friends might be proficient with using social media and networks, and it does not make them brand reputation intelligence of digital marketing gurus.

Many digital agencies offer sophisticated, easy to manage and fully-managed reputation intelligence software platforms, and ReputationMart.com is one of them. The difference is, you will be treated as if you were their only client.
